4. Structural test requirements for finished products
◆ Products meet the international safety requirements (ASTM963 / EN71/ GB6675), including drop test, impact test, torsion test, tensile test
5. Component and rivet combination requirements
◆ Rivet 2--3mm and complete, no plating delamination
◆ Proper tightness, no bending, no sharp edge phenomenon
◆ Male and female screws locked in place, no sharp burr phenomenon
◆ Combination fastening, flexible rotation; The gap between front and rear wheel sets is 1.0~1.5mm;
◆ Self-tapping screw lock in place, buckle can not be loose
◆ The sticker position is correct, no foaming, warping Angle, broken phenomenon
◆ The left and right parts and directional parts shall be combined according to the working instructions & limit samples, and shall not be confused and reversed
◆ The use of jig, must be able to easily to put product into the inspection of jig
6. Package inspection requirements
◆ The contents of the shipping mark and sticker of the carton must be correct, without missing, misprinting, indistinct and dislocation.
◆ The way of packing must be in accordance with the customer's requirements.
PE bags must be made through the air hole, printed warning words.
◆ Warning languages stickers must be stuck on the side of the trolley if it is a child stroller.
◆ If it is a child stroller, the back and safety belt must be sewn with warning woven label.
◆ Woven label and LOGO printing must be clear fonts do not fall off, and printed in the prescribed position.
◆ Packaging parts can not be misloaded or missing, including instructions, warranty cards, etc., needing to meet customer requirements.
◆ The carton should be flat, there is no carton raised, damaged and dirt.
◆ The sealing carton should be smooth and firm, and the cover of carton can not be opened easily.
