To ensure that the electric kettle products produced meet the customer's quality requirements and certification requirements, the inspection list:
1. Packing inspection
◆ Carton size, material, printing
◆ Corrugated direction of outer carton
◆ Product color box into the outer box tightness (too loose, too tight can not be accepted)
◆ Requirements of sealing carton (" 工" shape; After sealing, the gap of the carton is less than 5mm)
◆ Color box size, material, printing
◆ Color box pattern (certification mark on color box, electrical specifications must be correct)
◆ Plastic bag (the hole on the bag and warning language)
◆ Stickers ( the content whether correct, has air bubble after stick or sticking up, viscosity is not enough)
◆ Instruction manual, warranty card
2. Visual inspection
Plastic parts:
◆ Body scratch, black spot, shrinkage, sharp, deformation, white spot, color, dent, bubble, short of plastic, gap, dislocation
◆ Printing logo position, size, adhesion
3. Hardware:
◆ Oxidation or rust, ring edge, sharp (touch thorn hand), water wave mark or welding marks, scratch, black spot, deformation, concave and convex points
4. Cable and plug
◆ Length, certification font or mark, plug shape, material, wire cross-sectional area and number of roots
◆ Pull test for cable (35 pounds, 1 minute, displacement distance can not be more than 2mm)
5. Functional check
◆ Maximum water level after boiling, splash phenomenon
◆ After boiling water, 20S kettle switch automatically reset OFF. (specific product reference manual)
◆  Dry burning products, kettle automatic reset OFF time within 60S (specific product reference manual)
◆ When the product is working normally, the indicator light is not bright
◆ Product switch key is not sensitive (feel is not good)
◆ Leaking
◆ Clearance of each component, firmness (loose)
6. Field test and internal inspection
◆ Drop test of outer carton (1 Angle, 3 sides and 6 sides)
◆ Drop test for single product (6 sides)
◆ High voltage test (1600V, 2s)
◆ Insulation test (insulation resistance > 2MΩ under DC 500V conditions)
◆ Terminal tension
◆ Distance between terminals (at least 1mm)
◆ Ground test (25A, resistance < 0.1Ω)
◆ Power (rated power +5%/-10%)
◆ Leaking test (1.06 times of rated maximum voltage; the leakage current is less than 0.75mA)
◆ Electrical components certification specifications (CDF) --(electrical components logo is not clear, unreadable, error, electrical components logo fall off)
◆ Special requirements of other customers..
