Inspection list of footwear products

For footwear products, the material/style shall be checked for conformity according to customer confirmation samples
Shoes inspection, the main check points are as follows:
• Do not twist the uppers, scrape and damage the upper. (such as leather: shoe toe, shoe cover and waist, can not appear defective leather, such as insect spots, scratches, hemp spot, etc.). Whether the velvet material is faded, whether it is matched with double
• The surface should not be rough, wrinkled and pocked. Shoes toe must be smooth not hair Angle
• No floating line, broken line, not to mention no bottom line, skipping needle
• Whether the shoes toe tilt comparison is consistent, and whether the comparison with the correct sample is correct
• Compare the color difference of the upper of the sample shoes, and whether the brightness and polishing effect are the same as the sample
• Trademark letter class check whether the correct, indispensable letter
• The inner part of the toe should not be wrinkled or rub the feet, and check whether it is climbing into the middle sole.
• Shoe tube should not be rough, not wrinkle, zipper should be smooth
• The shape of the instep arch must be standard, not sagging
• Whether the zipper is smooth, whether it stops slipping, whether the fastness is sufficient, and whether the trademark is correct
• Whether the boots is smooth. Boot inside is smooth, inner seam is in place
• Whether the boots is tilted back or forward
• Use magic tape shoes, Velcro adhesion is up to standard
Attention to shoe accessories:
A. All kinds of ornaments: not cracked, paint off, scratch hands, flying edge, not iron material, not easy to fall off
B. The needle distance of electric embroidery must be beautiful, not falling off, not obvious color difference
C. If there are beads and buttons on the upper surface, the firmness must be better (pull to see whether it falls off).
Matters needing attention at the bottom of shoes:
A. Check whether the middle bottom steel core is strong steel, whether the middle bottom plate material meets customer standards, and whether the ironed bottom is rolled.
B. Outsole, can not fade, thickness, hardness to meet the standard (50-55) degree.
C. There should be no foreign matter in the shoes, and the nails in the shoes should be removed
D. Try it on to see if it fits properly and if the high heels will wobble
Attention to detail
• Place the product on a flat surface, open all packing materials and accessories, and undo all shoelaces, Velcro, buttons, studs, clasps, zippers, etc. Check for visible defects from the end consumer's point of view at a position (maximum 30 inches or 76 cm) to the left and right of the arm.
• For a pair of common shoes, the appearance inspection is usually carried out according to the following steps:
• Check number: Check that all numbers (insole, place of origin mark, outsole, tag, hook, number flag, etc.) are consistent;
• Front inspection: check whether the overall appearance has defects, whether the shoes are paired, whether they are symmetric, whether the left and right feet are consistent; Check toe, uppers, overlay, openings, punching, needle LACES, zippers or elastic for compliance with marks; Compare the surface treatment, color, material and grain, and toe hardness is reasonable;
• Posterior inspection: Check that the heel is firm and smooth enough, that the posterior band and seam are centered and straight, and that the back of the left and right feet are paired and symmetrical;
• Side inspection: check whether it is paired and symmetrical, whether the parts are aligned, the surface treatment of the upper, the height of the inner and outer waist, whether the glue line is clean and smooth, whether the large bottom edge is smooth, whether the mouth is smooth, and whether the heel is standing normally (no forward or backward kicking);
• Compare heel height: check whether the heel height is consistent;
• Bottom check: check whether it is paired and symmetrical, whether the outsole and heel are deformed, whether the outsole and heel are of the same material and color, whether there is any seal or relief on the outsole;
• Look at the front: check whether the shoes are paired, whether symmetric, the symmetry of the left and right foot components, compare the surface treatment, color, material and grain, ● check whether the pull help is centered, smooth, outsole is paired, all ornaments are symmetric, check the shoes toe tilt, etc.;
• Internal inspection: check whether there are any sharp corners, rough edges, or protruding nails inside the shoes, whether there are tack or staples, check whether the insole is glued or placed smoothly, etc.;
• Check ungumming: check whether there is a gap between the upper and the sole;
• Function check: check whether all decorations are firmly attached, the function and appearance of all accessories, including metal buttonholes, buttonholes, zippers, shoe eyes, D-rings, hooks and clasps, and check the appearance and length of shoelaces and the firmness of heels, etc.
Note:
Any defect/problem that can be found in the above inspection shall be recorded in the inspection report according to the description/classification of footwear defect
label and logo inspection is to check whether the exact trademark/tag is printed in the required position or whether the exact trademark/tag is attached as required.
