Appearance inspection items:
● Printing: clear pattern, standard, no error version, missing version; Color block uniform color, no other color spot
● Printing no rough edge, no ink accumulation traces; The characters and symbols are clear and conform to the standard seal sample
● Overprinting: color matching accurate, no double print phenomenon; The pattern is clear, the luster is soft, does not allow the obvious color difference phenomenon
● Forming: smooth surface without wrinkling, deformation phenomenon
● Die cutting: die cutting specification smooth, no burr
Functional test items:
● Size: The size conforms to the standard, allowing tolerance ±0.5mm
● Weight and thickness: paper weight and thickness should be consistent with customer requirements
●Sun resistance of paint: yellow lamp under 12 hours color block shall not appear yellow, fade and other phenomena (put the sample into the yellow box, the distance from the yellow tube 15cm, continuous irradiation for 12 hours)
● Odor: paint has no pungent odor
● readability: Bar codes are easy to scan
Common defective products:
Mixed/less material, paper grams and thickness do not conform, font missing, multiple printing, reverse printing, through printing, broken page, link page, missing page, content misprint, content missing item
Poor cutting, flaring, large area of dirt, unclear printing, typos, missing words, poor binding
